Get Set for Summer! Flexible Camp Schedules & Oodles of Options for:
Preschool – Pre-Kindergarten
Elementary (Grades 1 – 5)
Stratford infuses its STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) curriculum into an innovative and fun summer camp experience featuring themed, project-based learning and enriched academic challenges.
For the Preschool-Kindergarten age group (2.5 – 5 years old) – Campers learn, explore, and engage in a combination of hands-on learning projects and interactive play.
For the Elementary age group (first through fifth grade, 6-11 years old) – each 2-week camp session is built around a project-based-learning theme, where students collaborate to tackle a real-world problem by utilizing cross-disciplinary academic principles and new concepts in a fun and engaging way. This summer’s themes are planned to include:
Worldly Adventures – Create a new colony. Learn about infrastructure, ecosystems and more.
Innovation Design – Design your own Engineer’s/”Maker’s” lab. In the spirit of “making things that work and making things work better,” students will learn about design and engineering-thinking and then team-up to design their own projects.
Cooking Showdown – Cultivate your own food business. Learn about cuisine from different countries, entrepreneurship and economics.
